Automation Specialists work remotely, from anywhere in the world. You pick up an automation project and build it from start to finish: understand the problem, design the flow, connect the systems, test it, and hand over something the customer can rely on.

Volistix builds automations, apps and software that take repetitive work off people’s plates, and no project is too big or too small.

What you’ll do

• Meet with customers and learn how their work actually gets done.
• Map the process, spot what can be automated, and design the flow.
• Build automations that move information between systems using APIs, webhooks and AI.
• Test them against real cases and handle the exceptions, not just the happy path.
• Hand them over clearly, then watch them in production and improve them.

What we’re looking for

• Familiar with APIs, webhooks and AI, and comfortable connecting them.
• You can take a project from a blank page to finished on your own.
• You like solving problems and finishing what you start.
• You’re comfortable learning new tools quickly and reading other people’s systems.
• You explain technical things in plain words.
• You care about getting the details right.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or automation platforms.
• Time spent in operations, logistics, a shop floor or a back office.
