An ERP that only does logistics: brokerage, your own trucks, the warehouse, and the general ledger all of it posts to. Most 3PLs buy four systems and pay somebody to keep them agreeing with each other.
Veteran owned88M, OTR driver, operations, safety, HR — all the same person.
Why it is worth moving
01
Storage billing and freight billing land on the same invoice. Driver pay posts to the ledger. Fuel cost lands in cost-per-mile. Margin on a load is a query, not a spreadsheet somebody keeps up to date.
02
A new EDI partner is a profile you fill in. A webhook is a URL you paste. QuickBooks is a button that says Connect. Ask what your current vendor charges for the same three things.
03
They sign in and see their own freight — stops, timestamps, the signed POD. Or their system asks ours over the API. Either way it is not a dispatcher reading a status down the phone.
What it runs
There are plenty of ERPs you could buy. We built one that does nothing but logistics — so it turns up already shaped like the business, instead of needing a year and a consultant to get it there.
Licence only the ones you use — the rest disappear for everybody on your install, so a dispatcher never sees a chart of accounts and a bookkeeper never sees a load board. Start with the module that hurts most and add the others when they earn it. We are a small team ourselves; we know what it is like not to need everything at once, and to be sold it anyway.
Here to help you grow, not to take a piece of what you grow.
Move freight: book it, cover it, track it, pay for it.
Load board · dispatcher board · live tracking · tendering · rate matrix · driver settlements · carriers · dock schedule · EDI · safety
A real general ledger, not an invoice pad.
Chart of accounts · journal · receivables · payables · purchasing · vendors · fixed assets · bank reconciliation · statements
Receive, store, pick and ship customers' inventory.
Receiving · put-away · inventory · orders · pick tickets · cycle counts · barcode scan mode · storage and handling billing · 3D rack view
Track leads and quotes, and win new freight.
Pipeline · leads · quoting off the rate matrix · win-rate and lane reports
Buy diesel on contract, route trucks to the cheapest pump.
Network price board · station map · route planner · cost per mile · savings reporting
Employees, drivers, pay rates and documents.
Roster · pay profiles · CDL and medical expirations · time off · per-module access
Everywhere else the answer is a statement of work and a date next quarter. That answer is why a customer who wants to send you freight has to wait, and why leaving your current system feels impossible.
Here it is a form. That is the whole pitch.
Who built it
88M in the Army — motor transport. Then over the road myself, running the miles. Then managing the operation, safety compliance, and HR — which between them are where you find out what the paperwork actually costs. Volistix is the software I wanted in every one of those seats and never had.
We are a small team, and that is the point. There is no tier of support to escalate through and no account manager working from a card. Whoever picks up helped build the thing you are asking about.

The other half of it
Every person employed by Volistix is a U.S. veteran. Keeping it that way is the mission.
Not a target we are working toward — it is where we started. Veterans come out of the service knowing how to run something under pressure and how to be accountable for it, and plenty of them are looking for work that makes use of that. Building this company is one way to put them to it.
Name a customer, a lane and how you bill it, and we will run that load from tender to invoice in the real thing — and show you the journal entries it made on the way.
You will be on the call with the people who wrote it — not a salesperson who has never covered a load.
If you run EDI, say who with — the partner profile will be built before the call.
